Denmark's Sporting Goods, Orlando, Florida

Denmark's Sporting Goods was said to have sold about 195 of these Denmark Specials from Bo Randall
RMK stopped making these knives for a period after Denmark's closed their doors for the last time, in about '88

Ruana Knives Bonner, Montana ~ (non-catalog) Vic's Blade
Vic Hangas worked at Ruana Knives for 52yrs following his marriage to Rudy Ruana's daughter
Vic became owner of Ruana Knives when Rudy retired in 1983 and continued Rudy Ruana's tradition of knife making
Not much changed after Vic took over but it's said Vic paid more attention to detail than Rudy
Vic Hangas passed away in 2018 and Vic's sons still produce knives at Ruana Knives in the same shop Rudy and Vic did
In tribute to their father, Vic Hangas, his sons designed and hammer forged 1095 steel for this, Vic's Blade
Vic did it all ... from making knives to sewing sheaths. I think he would be proud of this fine Ruana Knife ... and his sons

I have a "tactical" lambs foot 01 tool steel and rosewood on the way to me if Lee Idell over at The Sheffield Cutlery Shop comes through for me and postal folks don't get all COVID happy and sit on it LOL.
