1998 long pull CASE SELECT PEANUT
The girl you LIKE but don't want to kiss LOL
I'll keep this knife because I like it. I want to love this knife but just not feeling it.
I should love it. Sapphire blue is my birth (stone) color ... it's shiny and sharp.
But long pull on a peanut? ... come on, seriously
Polished steel? ... wait, a Peanut is a little work horse
Blue bone? ... what the heck kind of animal has blue bones anyway
Besides, this "girl" is only 23yrs old ... WAY too young for me

Judging by the dust prints, these drawers get opened and closed often
... not counting what may be in the drawers below

Those cassette drawers (?) are a great idea Jim  I used to have some just like that, but I imagine they are hard to get hold of these days - I'm going to start looking! :D :)

Thanks Jack. Picked those up at a thrift/recycle shop. They are two individual "boxes" of three drawers and I attached them together with double sided tape between them LOL
I would NOT recommend these for knife storage. Opening and closing the drawers rattles the knives around and I do so carefully. Slowly and carefully LOL
The rattling around puts minor scratches and wear marks on the back springs of some, that I polish out from time to time when bored.
For knives already marked and worn, might work okay I guess.
Thought about putting felt down ... and actually have a stack of felt sheets ... just haven't gotten around to feeling crafty and giving it a go HA
Besides, who goes into a home looking in cassette storage for pocket knives ... nobody ... so they're safe LOL

Thanks for the info Jim, I've seen them in those sort of shops before, so maybe I'll give them a try if they're cheap enough - not particularly cheap on the bay
