I almost ordered a fort turner but I pulled the trigger on a cold steel pipe hawk and got a rifleman instead, oh well,i like it. been looking at h/b forge too.
 
You need to go to the knife exchange section of this forum and post this in the feedback section. Regardless of the circumstances.......this is terrible customer service. I would be all over this. I don't care how much I wanted the product, or if they say it's shipping out tomorrow, I would continue to demand a refund of my money based off principle alone.
 
BBB Rating of Fort Turner is listed as F...... due to shipping issues and or not fulfilled orders. Read the BBB reviews and he is not filling order's in order's received or in military order's received

Yep he's still taking orders and cash just not filling them just checked his site. But hey his prices haven't gone up place your orders soon maybe you will get your hawk in 2016.
 
I'm beyond mad with Dana!! He is NOT a man of his word!! You simply don't take orders & tell your customers lies. Mine was a military order but guess what... That 8 week mark came and went just like Christmas.

Yeah should have updated the wait time on his website. I was willing to wait give or take 8 weeks. Had I known it would be much, much longer, I wouldn't have bothered.

Been waiting 41 weeks as of today.
 
Once I get to the one year mark (March 15th), I'm canceling my order and demanding a refund. If I do not receive that refund within one week, I will file a dispute with my credit card company and report him as a fraud.

No one can say I am being impatient if I give him a year when I was told only EIGHT WEEKS.

I feel like I've been ripped off.

I think you have been more than patient wolf if you don't get the hawk I hope you get your cash.
