Scumbag coward pansies.

It makes me so angry to hear about things like this. I hope their worthless forum gets a virus and crashes for good. It would serve them right for being a bunch of scared little girls.

The forum was Watchuseek.com

9 Images in posts and signatures containing weapons of any kind (including, but not limited to, guns and knives) are not allowed. There is an exception for pictures of a documentary nature which illustrate the actual use of watches, and which are in keeping with the general theme of the forum in which they are posted. Staged or gratuitous pictures containing weapons, however, are prohibited without exception. Moreover, any picture that would not be suitable for viewing at an average workplace should not be posted here, i.e. nudity and other adult themes are unacceptable. Please generally exercise discretion when posting pictures in keeping with the kind and courteous spirit of the forum. In case of doubt, please contact the forum moderators prior to posting in order to avoid disputes and misunderstandings. Any posting of images is subject to review, and the determination of what is acceptable is at the sole discretion of the moderators and the management of Watchuseek. They will take appropriate action should any picture be deemed to be offensive or aggressive, and their decisions are final.

What may have happened is that users were posting pictures of watches as an excuse to show off their guns.

I don't know.

Ridiculous.

I go there very little, only when I need some info on a watch or band.

I had no idea they had such a stance on very small edc tools. Thats ridiculous, and I assume they must be based in CA.

I'd like for someone over at that place to DEFINE "aggressive" picture, would the animal stories on lions of the Serengeti in National Geographic qualify. Lets say the Nat Geo photog doing the story was a watch buff and some snapped a picture of the watch on his hand as he films a pack of lions at a fresh kill. Betcha a dollar to a donut that would post it, but a watch next to a spyderco drangonfly, why I think not, why that's aggressive we can't post that picture it might offend someone. How about the people who are offended by the fact the picture is prohibited from being posted, why their right wing extremist rubes and hicks, hee, hee, they don't matter.

Welcome to the wonderful world of PC diversity where ever view is welcome except yours. Not surprising at all.

Ah yes, the 'pussification' of society. Words are not sufficient to express the contempt that I have for those PC morons.

Wow, that's completely pathetic. Do they also delete pictures of watches that include cell phones since those can be used to trigger IEDs?

Nice pic, BTW.

Wow, what a bunch of pansies. Good thing you didn't have a Spyderco Military or ZT 0200 in the pic they would of had a heart attack.

I think it's funny how the Spyderco Civilian looks far more agressive than the Spyderco Military. :D

Oh, God forbid someone gets cut by the picture of the knife!
I can only image the nervous breakdown they would experience if they ever decided to visit Bladeforums

BTW, that's a beautiful picture.

Sheer panic I'm sure...:)
Thanks for the photo comment.

Post a new pic with the watch on your wrist while choking someone (if you have children to get in on it that would be best). That should be much more politically correct (and get you banned).

I agree. Go big or go home. :D

It's their website like you said so you have to play their game. Though how did a rule of "no weapons of any kind" come into being? They have gang problems or something on there? I'll never understand why some people anthropamorphize inanimate objects. Guns and knives don't kill people all by themselves.

Much less PICTURES of them on a website!!! really sad... but great photo!

Here's a pansy moderator for ya: I'm closing this thread.

1. It doesn't belong in General Knife Discussion, because you aren't analyzing the knife, it's just a prop.
2. We don't need cross-forum bashing. That typically leads to other forums bashing us in return -- unfortunately by bashing us here by sending their fanbois to hassle us.
3. Too much politics and vulgar language for a family forum.
4. It's a rant. Rants go in Whine & Cheese.

All forums have rules, learn and respect them and you won't need to cry afterwards.
