It's not mint but it's in really good condition. It has a small mark above the pivot screw and one on the lock side near the clip but i can't see any other major marks on it.
The problem – One of the screw heads is broken off. I contacted Microtech about it back in 2014 or 15 and they said they would fix it for free and then about a year ago I asked them again and again they said to just send it to them. It's proprietary hardware so they probably deal with this type of thing fairly often. It doesn't look complicated. I just never got around to sending it them.
The missing screw head must not be at a critical location or something because it hasn't affected the knife at all. It's rock solid with no play anywhere. So in theory you could just rock the knife like this but since Microtech will fix it for free, I'd get it fixed before carrying it. This knife is a great size to carry because the size is kind of in the middle...not to big or small.
