Got the same question about pricing and availability, got mine in and I'm gonna need a couple more at that price. I read 5.6 ounces .... it really carries nicely and the action is smooth.

I just gotta say Tom, you run a mighty fine business out there. The Ontario prices are really some of the lowest on the internet. I ordered my RAT-1 on a Saturday, so naturally I had to wait till Monday for processing. Monday rolls around and first thing in the morning when I check my email my order processed and shipped in the span of 5 minutes. It shipped on 14 June and arrived today, 17 June; from PA to SoCal that is just excellent. I'm hoping to do more business in the future with the outstanding Chestnut Ridge Knife Store.
 
I love these folders. So far I've purchased 5 of them because I keep giving them away to family in need of a decent knife. Hopefully I'll be able to hold onto this one but at the price you have them at I don't mind giving a good knife to somebody who needs one and then getting a purdy new one for myself!

Closed length- 5"
Open length- right about 8.6"
Total blade length- right about 3.6", measurement ending close to the pivot joint
Actual cutting edge- 3.3"
 
International ship is as follows:

Canada: 1 to 5 RAT1 Folding knives, the shipping fee is $12.00 US dollars

Tom,I'm happy to say my order got here safely with plenty of time for Father Day, to spare. :D

But, I do have a problem,,when it arrived and I saw the receipt, the price I was charged for shipping was $13 and not $12. I did make a note of this in the comments box during checkout and I'd assumed it was corrected.

Sorry about the mix up. It sounds like you ordered 3 knives. Our system would have automatically charged the $13.00. You should have been refunded $1.00. If you send me your order number I will take care of it or we can give you a credit toward your next order. There are three people that ship and there are small oversights if no note is added.
