Had all my knives out for a family photo today. Here's a quick shot of the RATs!

Here was what my RC-4 used to look like before I batoned a pile of 2x4s with it. I've always been the guy to baby equipment but with some encouragement from the guys at RAT, I've been having a pretty good time wanging on it.

Hi,

here is a very old RAT Cutlery knife... the grand pa' of the nowadays RAT.
A Utility Skinner designed by Mike Perrin and made by John Greco !
Jeff send it to us back in 1998 (I think). (We send him a Fred Perrin Street Bowie to test also...)
If knives could speak, this one would tell you a lot of adventures.
It's my favorite hard used small FB (It's really heavy for a knife that size!!!) . It's tough like nails. Rolled the edge many time. But the 8670 Carbon steel is easy to realigned and kept sharp as a razor.
I use it a lot and love it.

See post #609.

Fortunately, no Super Mutants to worry about here.

Sweet. I have to get out there some times, looks like a beautiful place. Not having to worry about super mutants is great too, those damn things were tough to kill. Get two or more...might as well just throw in the towel.

Why not? I bet many of the people on this forum have never seen one either. There's a list on the RAT website of all the previous RAT knives and their makers. I'd love to get my hands on some old RAT blades.
