Me too. I might actually make one for myself. It's got me thinking about ordering the digital woodland also.

if not, where did you get it?
also - what's your opinion - I keep looking at those thinking they're a good size, setup, etc... but the price makes me pause.
also - while the filson hats are good, I suspect building your fire in one might mess with it's water repellence, and might void the warranty.![]()
Actually, it is the Large Field Satchel from Frost River. I scored it for $20 or so on Ebay and really like it. It is perfect for it's a walk in the woods. I'll get pics of what I had in it yesterday for a better idea of what it's capable of.
My wife picked up the Filson hat for me for Christmas and it has to be my favorite piece of gear. I think it will stand up to the test of time and it doubles as a nice gathering pouch.
