Lol. Its fresh out of the box. Literally five minutes in my possession. Gonna thump this thing pretty hard this summer. :)

Got some Tuf-Glide on the presentation side handle scale while I was treating the engravings and edge. Its dried out now and back to regular color.
You can kinda see it darker in that pic.

Got my gun blue today. Picked up a blue leatherman micra too.

Went explorin'... Found a nice little watering hole on the otherside of the lake. Took peekchoors.

What the gun blue does. Half and half on the logo. The lighter side is uncoated.

Thanks Mike :) Banana slug! That's what type it was! I'd never seen one before yesterday, thanks for putting a name to it  I need to come down to do some hikes with you so I can learn a thing or two...

@DRod -thats a sweet wrap job on that izula. I like the knot in the hole, finishes it off perfectly IMO.

I gotta be honest with ya, they just don't taste anything like a banana.:barf:

I'll take your word for it! :D

Indeed, DRod you should post a tutorial or something. I just packed my excess loop into the handle so when I need it I can just pull it out and use it to retain the knife, but I too dig your wrap.
