Rat Cutlery RC3 Problems

It seems like all these dull knife posts are from newbies on the forum. So, think about it. If you got a dull knife and was really upset you would go first to the contact info on the card that came with the knife. But it seems like these new BFs members are magically finding a public forum before they even find the actual company.

If Nub says his knife is dull, then it's dull. We will sharpen it. No big deal. But anyone who comes on to this forum as a newbie and requests donations of used RAT knives as their first post, then claims to have bought a new RC that is dull as hell, has some type of agenda rather than being a forum member and participating.

Well Nub, you heard it from the man himself. Send him your "new" knife for sharpening. By the way, how did you come by it?

I'm going to close this thread since I don't want it to become an all-out pissing contest. With that said, the thread shall remain intact. Nub, if you want your knife sharpened, then email me: jeff@ratcutlery.com or call me on my cell 256-527-2808. Other than that, I would appreciate it if you would never buy another RAT Cutlery product. In fact, please just send me your receipt to the address below and I will refund your money (in full) for the one you have. Then you can go buy a decent knife from a better company. Like I said, we are more than fair, but I'm not gullible.

I remember way back when i got into knives and reading about all those fancy super steels, i thought those things don't need to be sharpen at all. Now i look at things differently, having a knife and not be able to sharpen it, to me is just like buying a new car and refusing to learn how to drive it...but, you live, you learn. Maybe he just needs to learn facts about knives.
