Love the RMD with FFG. Changes the balance just enough to hit the sweet spot. :thumbup:

I have had all the major name blades in same size.
Becker....Esee....SOG....TOPS....Benchmade
The RMD beats em all for fit....feel and Steel Quality.
I had 2 of the SR101 RMD's and dumped em to get the Holy Grail.
The INFI version - INFIdu- ....like original poster said.....PLAIN AWESOME

Decided Im just going to keep my sr101 Ratmandu and beat the crap out of it. I wont feel bad about abusing this knife Gray. The infi I kind of would being so darn purdy =-)
I put my Ratmandu with Janus Pouch. Slapped some Velcro on the pancake sheath and stuck it in the sleeve. added some Molle hangers calling this setup good =).

To me the INFI models are collectors items and don't have the same utility to them as the SR101 versions do. If I am ever in a situation where my knife could mean me living or dying I will take SR101 every single time over INFI.
Thanks Patrick thats kind of the way I feel about it. Plus I wont have an issue banging a log on a 200$ knife. 350$ I would wince every time =)

Try $550 (+ postage) and wincing factor will go away...
I'm lucky to have ability to choose between INFI and SR-101 on the whim, but usually when going bush I carry more SR-101 than INFI.
What I like about INFI RMD is that the stock is thinner than SR-101 versions. I'm not a fan of very thick blades.

Neither am I.
I wasn't very impressed with the stock RMD edge, so I thinned it out a tad and polished it out. Same with a Swamp Warden I used to have. But SR-101 is just so nice to work with that I didn't mind at all.

Full Flat Grind. It's sweet! But I will keep my CG models. May shed one or two of my SOBs though.
