Razor edge sharpening video

Hi,
I have the book and the razor edge guides.
I'm interested in seeing the razor edge video.

Would anyone that has a copy of the razor edge video be kind enough to send it to me to watch. I would pay the shipping charges and return it ASAP.

Would anyone want to see it if I bought it, then passed it around.
I'm thinking of getting it. I just hate to buy video's when I just watch them once then they just sit on the shelf and collect dust.

That video as a pass-around video would be great.

Also, it might go well on the secondary market. I.E., if you get it, shoot me an e-mail and I'll probably take it off your hands for some cash! But that video as a pass-around video would be great.

I ordered the razor edge video tonight. Looks like you and I maybe the only ones interested in it.

Anyone else interested in seeing it I will pass it around.
The pass around will be limited to ten people.

The razor edge place is not all that far from were I live. The last time I ordered from them they sent it priority mail and I had it in 4 days. I see now they are shipping things out UPS. Maybe I will have it by the end of the week.

I also ordered there folding steel and one of there edge testers. Just going to pass the video around :)

The way you ship it to the next person is up to you :)

I got the video today.
I will mail it to the first person on the list monday.
I will put the mailing list in with the video so once you get the video you will know who to send it to next without having to email me for the address of the next person.
This way the pass around can keep going without me having to monitor it.

So last call for video will be sunday night. Limited to ten people

Putting the mailing list with the video... there are some smart knife nuts here! I wouldn't have thought of that!

I was looking at RES' website yesterday. It is interesting. Lots new there since the last I checkes (6 months ago.)

I see they changed the look of there website. Its cooler looking but seems to have the same products.

I have seen the sharpening god in auction :)

One thing I will say about the video is its to short. Its only 35 minutes long.
What is there is very good and its cool to see the sharpening god and his son in auction :)

At the end of the video it says something about a advance sharpening video that goes more into sharpening and differant metals used in knives, etc...
Just as at the end of there book it says this book is one in a series.

I do not see a advanced sharpening video on there website just as I could not find any other books out by john :(

When I first got the razor edge tester out of the package I thought what a joke. Well after I used it I was thinking man this thing really works great!
I just sharpened my blade the other day so it felt preaty sharp yet. It would still dig into my finger nail.
In using the razor edge tester on my blade I could feel two spots that were not right.

So I got out my razor edge steal that was also in the box. I read the instructions and did as it said.
I then used the tester again and the two bad spots were gone!

Once again I'm very happy with my items from razor edge :)

Sounds good Pahl!

I do love the Razor Edge Systems folding steel. It is one of those really good idea products out there, like the sharpmaker. Great stuff, well worth the $$.

I too wished that RES would put out more literature. I just figured that John was too busy, or other things came up. Musta been quite the thing to only make one book in a supposed series.

It looks like his daughter is running the web site. I read a bunch of their info. There is a sad, but funny story about her and her son going to go get a christmas tree in the woods. Not finding an axe around the home, they went to the store and were shocked to find out that axes don't come sharpened!!!!! SHEESH!
