How about offerings from Moki?

I just picked up a Moki Serapis, with black micarta insert and inlaid/green sea snail & gold shell. Moki is a Japanese industry knife manufacturer for top production companies, and their product has been praised by some very distinguished knife manufacturing owners as well as knife afficionados.

The Serapis distinguishes itself amongst the other handful of knives I have in the 2" - 2.5" range, by being very slim. My other knives practically look clunky compared to it. It is very much a gentleman's knife, and has a great look to it.

Yes, Moki is truly fantastic. Very precisely made gentlemen knives, not toys despite their slim appearance. Really classy and worth investigating. I think (not fully sure, but I seem to remember having read it) that the above mentioned Spyderco Kiwi is made by them. I have two Mokis, the 2007 and 2005 annual knife, lovely but with 3" blades.
