Recommend Knives in 3 v

My F6 knife I bought from Gravelle Knives is really good. I tested it recently chopping a 2X4, cuts like butter almost. I'm on the pre-order list for a CPK field knife.

Can't seem to find it, got a link?

I had the name wrong, my apologies. It's the Master Hunter. The Ultimate Hunter is a folding knife they make.

Here you go, right from BladeHQ, one of our awesome sponsors.

It won't have the beauty of...well any of the other knives being shown in this thread, but hey, that just means you can beat on it and not feel bad if it gets scratched up.

Ah yeah the Master Hunter, I already have that one, very comfortable to use BTW.

There are a ton of great custom makers out there that use 3V. Many are not on here, and quite a few are. Take a good look at as many as you can.

You're going to have to stay up for one week straight (maybe two) and keep hitting that "refresh" button every 30 seconds in the custom fixed blade exchange if you want one....

Nope. They sell on a known day and at a known time. They are hard to get but you will know in a matter of minutes if you got one. Also, with these weekly sales, only knives that are made are sold. It is a simple and effective way to do things with little to no chance of anyone getting screwed or being left hanging. Other companies could learn from this approach.

More like a matter of seconds. The LC's are gone in 30sec.

Yup. Luckily I'm not in a market for one of those LOL! I did pick up two of his kitchen knives. It is appointment shopping but not impossible, like some who do down payments (read investments) on knives that are years away from being made.

3 V

Cold Steel Hunter

That's where I'm going next. Soon as I get paid next week WHAMMO !

I'm going to do a 'Bagger :
Pendleton Hunter with DLC and 3 V
(what's been keeping me from dropping the hammer is I couldn't bring my self to grind off all that nice DLC. Now that I know DLC isn't for me (all I wanted it for was to reduce cutting friction). Now that I have verified it increases friction on a knife . . . it's outtather.

Why all the grind, grind ? I am going thinner . . . what is it . . . five mm . . . we are going down to 2mm. HIGH SPEED LOW DRAG ! ! !
No battoning but definitely EDC big time. I am thinking of carrying it for the commit to a month with one knife thing. I LOVE the Cold Steel Kitchen Classic but wanted ~ super steel and a bit longer. Now that I know I can jettison the DLC with no regrets (I will miss the way it looks but not worth the trade for more friction) and have the knife I want . . . and that much bigger handle . . . OHYAHDOG !

I plan on being in heaven in about a week or less.
Sweeeeeet !

It'll be like this little dude but with cajones
