Recommend knives no bigger than a Leek

Save up and treat yourself to a small Sebenza 21 or go for the ZT0450 which can be had for just over your budget on the exchange if your quick!

How about the Boker Urban Trapper? It seems to tick all your boxes. Availablie under $100. Slim design. Ti handles. VG-10 blade. One handed. 1.7 oz.

CRKT Swindle.

Good one. The Eros and Ripple probably fit right in there, too.

You might give the Brous Bionic a whirl. It kind of sucks as a flipper until you do some work on it, but it's not horrible.

The Esee Zancudo and the RAT 2 are also excellent small knives.

But, I also really like my little Sanrenmu 7010. It's $10 or so with probably 8CR13MOV steel, but it's thin and works fine. Great watchpocket knife.

+1 for the Benchmade 531. If you check out the exchange you may get one within your budget. I bought a NIB 531 shipped to my door for less than $100 here on BFs.

guys - those of you recommending spydercos or swindles or the like - i don't want spydercos and i dont want crazy pointy blades :)

i just found a kershaw amplitude .. seems to fit most criteria except for "decent quality" :) but i might gift it a whirl just to see what it's like

If that is the only problem you can add a clip or a clipped lanyard. There are plenty of aftermarket options.

Not sure about blade length, but it's close. I really like my BM 530 for thin and light. A deep clip really hides it too. I like it enough to be on the lookout for a deal on a 531 to go with it.

Office? SAK cadet or SAK secretary

If those are a no, then I'm not sure. Not sure why you don't like the leek blade or clip and also sorry to say but the Spyderco Delica is perfect for what you need. I can't see how width would get in the way but hey, it's your opinion! ;)

I'm trying to think of something but I can't at the moment. What about the kershaw chive? Little smaller then the leek.

I like SAKs .. i actually carry a classic alox on my keychain. i wanted something that locks. with Spydercos it's mostly an aesthetic thing - i really don't like how they look (except some more expensive models). i already have a chive

Benchmade 531 with deep carry clip. Slim, light, classy looking and tough enough for real work. It's my office EDC.
