Recommend knives no bigger than a Leek

You already shot down spyderco, i get it, i dont like em either
And you shot down the skyline and buck vantage;

Bear OPS Rancor mc-100's or the spring assisted model
H&K nitrous blitz or a Buck momentum
Benchmade mini Griptillian, mini presidio
Boker + marlowe bullpup
CRKT tighecoon or liong mah gsd or lift off 2
Kizer ki302F
Cold Steel American Lawman (or mini Lawman)
Browning black label turning point
Kizlyar supreme hero
Kershaw camber or blackout
Masserin birdland w/o pocket clip

They're all "similar" to a leek in different regards but with different blade shapes; all 3" give or take, but none are "a leek", They're all either heavier, or thicker, or wider, too short, too long, too pointy, similar clip style, etc. Nothing will be a leek save for a leek, its what makes a leek a leek.

find an aftermarket deep pocket clip for your leek and deal with the blade shape.
or change your standards a bit...

Blurs are slim. I prefer the Tantos, but the classic Onion blade in S30V is still under $100. I say get the Tanto in BDZ1 or the S30V version. Decent un-assisted thumb opening liner locks are good for the office - like something with a 3.25" blade or so.

I think the 0350 and 0566 are great, but a little out of the price range. So I'd consider Cryo or Cryo II. I don't care if it is tactical, but sporting a Contego or 0452 with 4+" blade is unwieldy to flip out sometimes to cut open a box in public. Yes, the 0450 is awesome. Mini-grip or a bargain full-sized griptillian? AXIS locks are non-threatening too opened slowly. Medium or small model in the Tenacious line? Ambitious, or the other one.

I just saw you mentioned Kizer. I have the small Klecker and I like it a lot. It is one of those non-assisted non-threatening liner locks with titanium and S35VN.

I have the Kizer Cutlery Ki3411A1... there's a larger one too. I think they go for about $75 on an auction site.

Just being honest, but given this is your second time asking for a knife with these qualities and you have yet to find one you like. You may need to broaden your horizon, or, raise your budget. There has been a lot of excellent suggestions but for what you are looking for and your expectations, you may need to think about going the ZT450 or Small Sebenza route. I hope you find what you're looking for!

well the reason I'm asking here is to see if someone's aware of something that I'm not.. it's weird to me that small/slim knives arent more widely available at under $100 ..
They just aren't the ones you like the kershaw oso sweet is pretty good but crkt ripple any version, and I don't get why you don't like spyderco s some of the best quality knives but anyway kershaw Emerson 1k not tryna be rude either also if you give spyderco a shot the man bug ladybug and ukpk pretty good

Sounds like the Leek is what you should just stick to, lol. I have a 531, and it's cool. It's a pocket destroyer, however.

Seriously, the Delica is the knife for you [OP], you just don't know it yet. It was my 'intro,' and still my favorite. If you can get over the aesthetics, everything else is a 10/10. :D

Pocket destroyer? I carry one five days a week clipped on my khakis with no issues. Do you wear silk pants or something?

bravo, sir - that's exactly the type of list i'm looking for.. stuff i've never heard of (a lot of them anyway) .. i'll look through it so far the browning and kizer look interesting.. though i dont know if they're light enough or not..

as far as all the spydercos people recommend - i get it. they're very good knives. mostly i dont like the look of them. i find them really ugly and the plastic scales seem like toys though again, i know they will last forever but it's just the feeling.. the only spydercos i seem to like to look at are the ones that are $150+

Don't discount the 530 until you feel one. Didn't think I would like the blade shape until I held it beside a 531. Lighter since it appears the angle is about the same with just more material removed at the top.

SOG Flash 1 is good too, not as high quality, but very functional.

OP if you are going to look at Spydercos, you might as well check out the Dark Blue Manix2 lightweight (2.86 ounces, ambi Ball-lock, S110V steel, Thin FRN) and the Centofante III (2.55 ounces, smooth with a lockback that you can learn to use one-handed pretty easily if you try ;)

How about a Ka Bar mini Dozier. Small, Light, with great steel. I paid 16.50 for mine.
