Recommendations for medium size BOB fanny pack?

Got my DD a few weeks ago from LAPOLICEGEAR and I'm very happy with it. Esp the price. Mine is kinda weird though. Ordered the khaki, but mine came with olive fabric for the bag and khaki straps. Kinda cool though.

I've been using one of these for a while from LL Bean. It had more usable room for me than the proteus, a full size handgun slips in more easily, and is a bit more... low-key.

Have had (and still own) 3 variants of Mountainsmith lumbar packs but found them too small to carry what I really want to have on a dayhike in the boonies. Now carry a Kelty Basalt which is nearly perfect for me. I also have two smaller set-ups. One is an old fanny pack that rides under the back seat of my truck and a small Bagmaster holster bag converted to clip on survival pack dutys. It was a lousy holster but a pretty good 6"x5"x3" minimalist survival kit.
