Recommended City Knives (2.5" max)?

I have to retract my earlier recommendation of the Kershaw Double Cross.
I was going by the main blade length listed on Kershaw's website.
But taking a tape measure to my own, pictured below.
I think a LEO would call this more than 2.5 inches.
It's still a fine pocket knife, just over the OP's specs.

It's just a bag search, not a pat down (even the MBTA police won't do that without reasonable cause). Both times I was asked, "can I check your bag?" and I declined. "Then we can't let you in to the T."
"That's OK, I'll walk."
"OK, have a nice day."
