Are these larger than the old aviator kit bags?

They look similar but with very nice improvements!

Yea they gave me something similar to lug all my flight gear to my car and to my house... now it sits in the closet empty.

Mine has snaps instead of velcro and no compression straps or nifty little patch :)

Yeah. Which, incidentally, I'd rather have the snaps. But the compression straps would be a big help.
 
The straps at the top really just prevent stress on the zippers if you have it packed really tight. It would be hard to get a full grown adult in this bag but you can almost do it. You might have to break a few joints so they would fold up nicely.:)

i've done "your job" on another forum. so i'm going to have to respectfully disagree and say that it's a very easy job. :rolleyes:

move a few posts, zap a little spam, slap a few wrists, answer a few questions. if the internet and computers had existed when i was in elementary school i could have done it then.

I really don't care what you did moderating on another forum. Forums are different in many ways and have many personalities to deal with. Your claim that it's "easy" is therefore invalid.

Let me underline that in bold for you.....INVALID.

Before I shell out the cash for this I'm gonna need to know how many midgets it will hold.
