Reposted from a couple of pages ago!! This knife from the "Swayback" era craze, was a gift from Tony Bose, R.I.P. (Thanks Tony!!!)
He Rockwell tested it (note the divots on the Pile-side Tang), and cold-blued it to protect the CV blade from rust!!
I miss Tony!! He checked in with me for years after my stroke, making sure I was OK!!
