Attention Redmeadow Email Newsletter (Dibs, Sales, Etc..)

Think I'll close the Dibs on these around noon. 15 Dibs taken as of right now. There's only eleven knives but some might pass if their picks get taken before I get to their name on the list.

Quick question for everyone, I like to be upfront about everything, maybe a little too much. Is the transparency of how I do things too much info or is it helpful?

Hey John,

You were clear and specific about how you were offering these Cowbells. You did it your way which is important. Everyone who participates has a fair shot. We can't ask more than that.

Thanks and good luck everyone!

Phil

Made the list and shuffled it. Actually had 16 Dibs, me no count good. I'll start by sending all of you a heads up, and then send the offers out one at a time so I can deduct the picks from the list as we go.

Texoma Texoma got the first draft pick. (Frank's on a lucky streak, he won the custom belt Giveaway too!)

I've got the wife and kids coming in to put together boxes and help me finish up the etching. We negotiated a price and the rascals are soaking me for 50 cents a box to assemble and pack full of filler. That's what I get for teaching them negotiation skills:rolleyes:

Maroon Linen goes in the first round, that would have been my pick as well.
Now the blues are out of the running.
Red Linen drew blood.
OD Green retreated.
Antique Bone Paper is an antiquity.
Bone & White Linen has bleached out.
Opal G10's shine has faded.
One Pass so far
Black Linen has crept into the shadows
Black DIamond Richlite has hit the slope
Bone Linen's been skeletonized.
Ivory's been scrubbed.

That now gives all of them a home, thank you everyone!

they are talking union now. ;)

Just wanted to thank everyone for their interest, a humbling experience for this knucklehead. The Newsletter just hit 99 people. Actually 100 but one of them is me so I know what it looks like when it gets received (kind of creepy huh?🤔).

I'll try to get out a Newsletter out soon. I'll give a heads up in here when I do.

Oh man, I can’t believe I spaced on the time!

Anyways, hi everyone. I’m new here. Hope you don’t mind me throwing my hat in the ring for future Cowbell dibs. I’ve been admiring John’s work, and hope I can contribute something meaningful to this subforum at some point!

It kills me when you guys miss out, wish I could put out more Dibs. The Newsletter at least gives everyone that's really interested a good chance to grab a Dibs. I like to think the heads up in here helps.

Welcome!

Right when my shift starts
Maybe someone can contact you and be a proxy? I don't like the idea of you guys having to work like that but that might be a good option. There are no Cowbell Dibs in this one so unless you're interested in the leatherwork in the video below you won't be miss out in a Dibs. I'll have Dibs coming after Thanksgiving before the end of the year.
