This was my first BF deal and, understandably, I was a bit apprehensive about dealing with someone I hadn't met. Happily, RWH proved himself to be a class act and even went so far as to ship my busse hell razor overnight on account of a delay neither he nor I could control. Top-notch guy to deal with.
