reel steel

I have 2. Both great knives for the price. I'm also a big fan of the 14cr28 they use. I post pics when I'm home if I have time.

You can find a lot about Real Steel in this forum... There is a search function.
But yes, they are great.
The only thing people criticize is that they are made in China.

RealSteel knives are great but their so-called "premium S Series" line is over-priced. Stick with their basic offerings like the H6,H6-S1, H5, Griffin, Sea Eagle, Megalodon...those are all great knives.

Avoid the M Series, those are mostly SanRenMu for more money. H series, E series and T series are great.

Just received my 2nd one in the mail yesterday an E775 Griffin, it seems to be an awesome button lock knife for EDC. Especially considering the price point... Oh and yeah it's sharp as hell, already got bit!

Yeah, I think my favorites are the E775 Griffin and the H6-S1. The Griffin is a really well made button lock that's lots of fun to play with. I've got some GT5000 grip tape that I've been meaning to apply to the presentation side of the scale to give it a little "bite" in the hand.

I had the E571 and it was a great knife, especially for the money. Also a big fan of Sandvik 14C28N and wish it was available on more budget knives. I can usually keep it razor sharp just by stropping on the inside of my belt.

I'm looking at this one and was wondering if you can get a full 4 finger grip on the 4.125" frame?

I usually carry customs or midtechs, but wanted a cheaper knife to clip to my coat when doing outdoor work. I recently got a Real Steel Sea Eagle. It is incredibly impressive so far. Size, weight, ergos, action, lockup, edge holding, steel, grind, etc. All around a fantastic knife. Especially for the price!! I am going to buy a 2nd one for sure!

ATJ999 - I was going to write literally the same thing, just about point for point...but you beat me to it. I have some great knives and some expensive great knives...and I still love my Sea Eagle. HUGE bang for the buck. Takes an amazingly sharp edge too.

The Sea Eagle is a great choice if you want a larger blade. This knife has one of the best flipping actions I've seen. I would also add that it's very pretty.

Sechip, if you like the blade shape of the E571, but want a larger handle, the new "H6 Elegance" scales up the E571 blade an puts it in the H6 handle with a thumbstud.

Yeah, that H6 Elegance is kind of on my radar. I'm even intrigued by the H6 Free. It looks like an awesome choice for folks who can't have a locking blade, although the length is 3.75".

I'm also eager to get a look at the new G3 Puukko!

The G3 Puukko is a fine knife worth more than what I paid for it.
