Regarding NeptuneKnives and Emerson knives.

The videos I've seen display nothing more than a person with far too much time on their hands, a lack of any organizational skills, and the personality of a child with zero professionalism. Would you consider the opinions of a person like that to have any merit? If you like something or want to try something, do it. It's not like you are investing in a house or something, it's a folder.

I completely agree. He comes across as underdeveloped and naive. I really hope he hasn't inaccurately influenced too many youtubers.

He does on rare occasions bring up some halfway pseudo-logical points("rare" Being the operative word). But He is also an unprofessional loud-mouth (INSERT COLORFUL NOUN). So yea. There it is.

I don't like Emersons, but that's just ME. If you like a knife, BUY IT!

Emersons, I don't like. But the man just talks to much shit, about others, not just Emerson. All I have to say is, if he's such a f'ing pro and can see what's wrong with other designs why doesn't he make his own, uber knives? It's easy to talk crap.....

Yes he did unfortunately. He has a 3 yr restraining order against him. I am happy to be free from his abuse. I will prob do my own videos on youtube within next month or 2 for fun. We'll see. ;-)

In case, you haven't bought an Emerson yet:
- He said the screws strip easily. They do.
- He said the design could be better. It could. If there were tubes between the liners for the screws to go into (like Para2) the design would be stronger.

Personality aside, these are two valid points.

Also, my stop pin looks like it's cracking. I emailed Emerson a picture, and they said "It will be fine." Refused to send a backup or admit it looked iffy.

I hate that guy with a passion. If you listened to him you can cancel out a long list of really good knives because he bashes on pretty much all of them with the exception of Hinderer from what I've seen. 99% of us won't use a knife past it's capabilities so his extreme torture tests really holds no merit as to how good a knife is.
