I would like to undestand the thickness there.
3v sounds good for the usage.

Steel density is pretty much the same (0.283 lbs/cuin) - the balance will be the same. A bigger factor will be handle material.

The knife is kinda dirty right now....but I'll see what I can do.

I don't do a false-edge. It's a very steep grind, meaning, I leave the spine quite thick.
