I am trying to talk my wife into allowing the family vehicle to be an old beater Suburban... preferably with the np205 and Sm465 tranny on 35" tires... she wont buy it...

Anyways, at least she will allow this kukri! Or at least she will forgive me after I purchase it and tell her how much I need it... and after I make amends... LOL

Why won't she go for it? They're like $2000, tops. You don't even have to trade in a car for that. :)

I like the way the old ones look.

I was on a forum once and in one thread a guy was showing the work he was doing on his fullsize blazer. He said his wife refused to ride in it until he got carpet on the floors. I said I didn't see the problem.
 
I love the old boxy look. What the wife likes and what she gets could end up being two entirely different things lol

Now to teach her to drive a stick... lol
