That's awesome!! Looks like you did a fantastic job prepping the meal... It's no kitchen knife but will get it done in a pinch hahaha

Very comfortable in use, Josh, a bit fat and heavy for this stuff, but usable because the blade is so high. The real test was the crunchy turkey skin in the end, where it cut through easily. Just a dry run for our next camping trip :)
 
so... what do you guys think... should I make more Q's in 2025 or a chopper?

Here's one I'm basing off the Q handle... just playing around w/ design at this stage lol

This is around 15" OAL, 9" blade length... would be .225-.250" thick

I’d be so in for a chopper! I’ve gotta admit, I’d probably snag a Q and and Ember 2.5 too. 😂

I’ve been finding myself carrying fixed blades a LOT more often now that I’m working from home.

What kind of steel were you thinking? CPM-4V would be rad imo.
