Wow are they great!!! I screwed up the blade on my Carnivore due to my stupidity and sent it back to be repaired. I stated clearly in my return letter that I realized the problem was my fault and that I would pay for any parts, labor and shipping necessary to fix it, as I really love this knife. Well, two weeks later I get a call saying the knife is on it's way back to me with a brand new blade, installed by Bob Brothers himself!! They only charged me the price of the new blade! Friendly, curteous, personal customer service all the way. They even complimented me on the filework I'd done on the liners! I tell ya folks, I couldn't, simply COULD NOT be happier with Round Eye Knife and Tool. If you've been hesitating to buy a REKAT, you can be confident that they will stand behind their great products 100%. Way to go, REKAT!
