no problem. i may not have known Rene or even met him but its the least i could do. im glad i could help out somehow since im not skilled enough to have a blade be able to sell on ebay. well one of the ones im working on now might actually sell but i wont be able to get a handle for it until i get my tax return. doesnt help that i just filed it monday. :D

will do. some of my previous employers didnt have my new address so of course i had to either go thru alot of hassle and print up a new one or goto their office to get a copy. and since my mom does my taxes (shes a credit manager) and i didnt have a chance to sign it friday, i had to wait til she came up saturday to sign it. if i sell my bmx bike i will donate half of it to Rene's family along with the $50 from my tax return.

Actually, I'm very happy to have one of your knives and look forward to it. :) Kudos to you for your generosity in Rene's memory and thanks to Dan for his efforts, too.

I will pay an even amount of $150 for the knife. I'll also pick up the ebay costs, if you would let me. Please calculate my total cost including USPS Priority Insured and Tracked shipping to 60085. PM me the final total and I will send out a check the next day.

Repeat the address for who gets the check in the PM so there is no chance for error. Thanks!

don't worry about the ebay charges I got that but you can send the check
right to Mike S if you want, he has the knife, it will save mailing time..

I ran it through USPS myself, added a couple bucks, and sent you a check for $160. That'll cover Tracked, Insured, Priority shipping.

Yeah, Dan, thanks. We've exchanged PMs. Hopefully he'll let me know when the check gets there. Either that or I'll keep asking him where the knife is for two weeks after it arrives, regardless of the tracking. :D
