HI Mike don't get me wrong , it's nothing to do with this stuff here
I had a migraine yesterday at about 11:00 Am and with these I lose a lot of my vision and I don't feel so good after for a while ,
to top it off at about 9:00 PM last night the wife took me to the Emer room :rolleyes: I couldn't stand up with out going back down and my right hand got all prickly I got into a clammy sweat, and light in the gut..
they think I had another TIA? but different than the last time.. NICE
then while there I had another Migraine and then another one right after the ora left from that one:( what a pluftucking headache I get when this sh!t happens
they gave me Oxygen for the crap and when they do that it just shortens up the Migraines and makes them come back to back..(the Migraines)
but they wanted to give it to me for the TIA
they gave me an IV and a CT too :rolleyes: a lot of good I
had another one on the way home :jerkit:
but I'm good Damnit :thumbup: :D they can't keep me down
 
Well, I wish to hell it was here that was the problem instead of all that. My goodness, Dan! I feel for ya, my friend.

I've had the migraines for years, so I can understand that. Nothing like puking from a headache while lights go off in your eyes and then having it get worse.:rolleyes: I used to pass out from 'em, which I considered a Blessing. Sounds like it's nowhere near as easy for you. I'm way sorry to hear that.

I hope they get a handle on the TIAs. There's meds that reduce the risk of stroke a bit. You taking any of those?

geez dan you need to take care of yourself... gotta keep around for a while. i need more sheaths made : ) follow the doctors orders too, no tough guy stuff. hope you're feeling better man

they are putting me on an aspirin regiment. I've been on Zomeg but it don't work all that well and one of the side affects are heart attacks in good hearts not to mention if you have Heart problems that could do a little stress to yeaha
there took me off the garbapentin (noeroten) and I think that was helping..

I need to fill another prescription tomorrow they say it's something like the zomeg.. but the guy is just a PA and that bothers me..
the VA neurologist was set up to see me in June anyway and that was made 2 months ago :rolleyes: nothing like fast service for the vets :thumbup:

I've had Migraines since I was 15 and they were getting better 1 in about 6 months it's just
since I got hurt in the service they got worse.. one good whack and the lights were out for a while,,it took almost three weeks to get going again from that,,
so much for me crying over this here..
Mike S I'm good I'll just have to put some brail on the leather to go by while I can't see it :)
