Replacement Strider scale to convert knife to left pocket carry

OK folks, bought a new Strider SNG. Does anybody here know of someone that can make a replacement G10 scale that is set up to relocate the clip so the knife can be carried left side tip up? Thanks in advance for any help!
 
How about just modifying the existing scale with the two holes (one threaded) necessary to move the clip to the opposite side?
