Does anyone offer this service? I have an old Scoutlite from my dad from back in the 80s. I’ve worn the blade down to the point it looks like the clip point in a slip joint pocket knife. I’d like to be able to carry it again but that would require replacing the blade at best. It is a pinned design the size of a modern Buck 112: 3” or so blade lock back with finger groove polymer handle not unlike the current 112 light but red.

I'll move this to Services wanted.

I'll leave it up here for a few days so people can make recommendations of makers who would be a good choice.
I would suggest you contact Stan Buzek.

I emailed him about the replacement. We’ll see what he says. It’s an old beat up knife of sentimental value only, but it would be nice to be able to use it again.

Stan said he doesn’t do repairs/replacements anymore. I’ll try Buck and keep looking.

I had no idea Buck would do this. They have both the 412 Scout Lite I originally posted about and a 110 Folding Hunter with a broken tip I somehow ended up with in my knife drawer. I also had them add a sheath for the 110.
