Hi there,
Please help...it's my first time meet this situation, not sure what I can do next:
In February, I placed an order of Mule Team with 2 lanyards on Spyderco.com, but today, I received the parcel without knife inside:
- After the order is placed, I got email with tracking number.
- Then I used the tracking number to check, but it’s said it’s been delivered to Los Angeles as final destination: (the destination shall be in Canada)
- Then I tried to email Spyderco, the reply said
----- "Our international packages are sent from Golden CO to Los Angeles where they are sorted and shipped to their next destination."
----- I just need to wait for some more days and confirmed that was not the final destination.
----- there will be no new tracking number for above parcel
- Then I asked on the spyderco forum, the admin sent me another tracking number and told me above tracking number is mixed-up. The new one seemed to be a correct one as it is International Mail. The whole progress is trackable on USPS.com and Canadapost.com
- Today I received the parcel - the tracking number the Spyderco forum admin provided, but inside, there is only Sheath, no Mule Team and the lanyards
On the shipping label, it's said 1 handtool is inside.
Since I have had rounds of communications via email and forum, but get different informations, is there anyone can help to advise what shall I do next?
Don't know what is the effective channel to contact and to resolve this.

Update 1:
After 1 hour I sent email inquiry to Spyderco again:
Spyderco just replied me very quick, but it's that the sheath they presented to me is shipped separately.
So now the situation is: I still don't know where the one parcel with knife & lanyard is:
The tracking number status is "Delivered" to Los Angeles, there is no New Tracking Number usable. And I was told just to wait 10 more days....
Update 2:
I just made a comparison list of the shipment progress of the 2 parcels.
Apparently, the right-hand one has stopped movement, though Spyderco said it's not the final destination.
Update 3: Same day with Update 1 & 2
Spyderco just sent another email to me with a new tracking number. The new tracking number format is same to the one I have received, and different to what origin.
It's trackable now, hopefully I can get it in the upcoming days.
