Glad to see that this is getting resolved! Hopefully everyone learned from this experience:thumbsup:

At least we hope it's getting resolved. Mark BladeHQ BladeHQ hasn't actually reached out via email or phone and hasn't been provided my order number.

Sorry about that, I was putting kids to bed before I looked into this. I will make sure that we do whatever we need to in order to make sure this is resolved.

We'll let this rest for now and assuming Mark's good for his word, which I'm sure he is, I'll change the flag to resolved.
 
This has been resolved. They even went so far as to extend a $25 gift card. That was not necessary, but thank you Mark and BladeHQ BladeHQ .
