I think handwritten notes are much more personal than typed. Knives are hard to make, the notes from the maker should be hard to read. Anyway, I know I really appreciate them when I get them. They’re just another reminder of what went into making the knife.

I like your hand written notes, it adds a personal touch. Like I bought this from a person who takes pride in his business.

Nothing says "we care" like the mass mailed fully printed Christmas cards from companies that say thanks for your money now give me more.
