I was referring to the post where someone mentioned me having buyer's remorse, this is just simply not the case. I've already apologized for coming off as a slam to Jeff's reputation, I over reacted a little bit as I originally felt the knife had been damaged. Jeff has since replied to my email and was extremely positive and helpful. I should have not made mention of the details of the sale and posted pics to see what others opinions were on the condition of the knife.

If you're satisfied just say so and I'll close this thread. Also, if you want me to edit the title to something a little less negative I'll can do that for you as well...just tell me what you want it to say.

Just some thoughts on this: What you should have done is ask questions, lots of questions before even buying this item, at least until you were informed on what you were getting. Making threads before any attempt to qualify your opinions is a mistake. Ready, Fire, Aim isn't a nice thing to do to people.

I'm not trying to bash Jeff's name by any means. Did I post in the wrong category? I am simply seeking advice on how to proceed with this.
It appears that you are doing exactly that. Initially yes, seeking advice and ripping someone are miles apart.
I know Jeff has a great feedback record, I hope this doesn't come off as me attacking his integrity.
How else would it appear? What would you think if you were in his shoes? I sure wouldn't want to do any business with you after this thread.
The bend is not major so the pictures do not show it very well. When holding to straight edges on either side of the spine it is clear that the tip is closer to one straight edge than the other. I'm not sure how to photograph with the straight edges for reference.
It's nonexistent. You are either confused or this is the very first knife you've ever bought from that maker.
There is also a chip on the painted end of the tip on the spine. I'll try and photograph this as well.
If it's going to be a user as you say, what does it matter? Cosmetic flaws are sometimes unavoidable and have zero impact on the way the knife will perform.

I'm beginning to think it is a grind issue from the factory. I was also under the impression that 3/16" SR-101 would be very hard to bend without something to increase the leverage like a cheater bar.
Not sure what you are talking about here. but there is no such thing as a perfect knife.
My only concern is that the knife is solid and good to go. I intend on making this a user, but I don't want any surprises down the line.
That is why you have a warranty on this knife, from the manufacturer.
