Based on what I said my experience will not be put up to be critiqued by a ton of folks, many of which just don’t make sense how they reply based on facts you share.
Some will be legit but many more will show their ignorance and trolling nature.
Nothing I shared was anything that is not simple basics that should be clearly understood by most.

Unless someone wants to roll in town to take pvt lessons, I have nothing to teach online. Plus I’m picky on who I teach and what I teach. That’s why I pulled away from public classes, even if the monetary benefit was very good.
I don’t teach based on $$ and I have told many. You can not buy my Kung Fu(skills)! You can learn them and go beyond me but that takes daily practice and a much higher level of effort to train then most are willing to endure.
My empty hand Art is Taijiquan and my weapon art is Arnis, a style that had no name when I was learning vans training it while a marine @camp pendleton.
Sensei Arsenio J. Advincula is who I learned Arnis from. He, is far more recognized as a Karate Master who teaches other masters Isshin Ryu karate. He finally named his Arnis style ACE = Arcenio Combat Escrima.
I didn’t learn his karate but he did teach me some Hindiandi Gung Fu.
He’s still alive and teaching, same wife and another little dog.
My Taijiquan comes via the Baltimore Tai Chi Chuan’ Study Association of Baltimore, Md.
founded by Dr. John Wan-Yuin Chang.
His family martial style was Hsing i Chuan hebei style if I recall but could be mistaken.
His Taijiquan style he mastered were Yang style and Wu-style of Wu Chian Chuan. Our Yang style goes back to the famous Xu Yousheng of which their are two of them with the name.
Our founder is the one who wrote the Taijiquan manual though.
He was a contemporary of the Yang family directly and Yang Cheng Fu and he were friends and comrades.
They exchanged various martial methods and talks etc. his manual translated into English is not the original one.
The current one was altered/edited to take out much of the deeper aspects of real Yang style. His relationship with Yang Cheng Fu and family, caused that original version to disappear into the background, known by very few.
Yes, the Chinese Taijiquan families all hid their true art and skills in various ways. Imagine that lol.
I joined in summer of 95.
I was assistant to my Senior John W. Oden for at least 8yrs at Westminster House who was one of Dr Chang's most senior students. He also enjoyed a close relationship with Dr.Chang and his family as well.
