I bought a knife from them. Communication was a little slow but not bad. My main complaint was that the knife had a lot of scratches from the Kydex sheath. I showed it to the maker later and he said he did not think it was atypical for that knife, and that he could fix it up for me.
Still, if you are buying a knife that comes with a kydex sheath and condition is important to you, you might want to clarify with them your requirements. Other than that, no problem, and I would buy from them again.
