Rhidian!! A Great Maker and Artist!!

Beautiful stuff in here already, thanks for sharing guys! As a Canadian and slippy lover, I feel like I really need one of his pieces in my collection. I hope that I can get on his books before too long. His stuff is second to none, from what I've seen.

waynorth waynorth I've been following Gatrill for a little while now and knew immediately I had to have some of his work. Started with his own design, the Rouge Wave. After that, I wanted to go traditional. My absolute favorite knife for personal use is a TC barlow, sheep main with pen secondary. A straight edge and a belly all in one piece just can’t be beat, IMO. The 15 is perfect for my daily carry when not at work. The slightly larger 77 is really nice while on site though(no offense). I waited and waited for GEC to make a sheep/pen combo on the 77 frame. As we know, that never happened so Mr Rhidian was happy to take on the project. I can’t even begin to describe how happy I am with it. Both of mine by him for that matter.

Rhidian's work is stunning. I've been following him for a while and *hoping that he remembers my spot on his books. Haven't held one but looks to be on par with Dowel's work.

Wow, he is doing some spectacular work. The stag two blade reminds me of some of Ohta's work from a few years back. It's very clean looking.

I've seen some of his blades popping up lately, the designs are really interesting. Great stuff!

Rhidian's most recent custom he made for me came only this week. its a Copy of an old Northfield pocket knife with pinched bolsters. I came across this photo of the original and that's pretty much all we had to go on for the new / old build. He is an amazing craftsman and the end result speaks volumes to this fact.

Outstanding Work by Rhidian, Charlie I am waiting for Covid here to settle down in the Auckland area before I send my parcel to you with our plan ( hehehehe)

Hope it doesn't have to wait that long!

That group of Knives are outstanding Charlie, The Farmers Jack is gorgeous ( is that enough of a Hawk bill to earn the FJ title?) Nice Stag too!
The Barlow is a very nice Cousin to the Wonderful Bladeforums Knife that's for sure with what you say my friend with really nice Scrimshaw.

The Wharny Blade with the wonderful Scrimshaw really captures me - excellent work by this young man, and thank you sio much Charlie for sharing these beauties with us all to appreciate!
