Richard, that's a couple of beauties.

An ultralight Peanut, that is totally cool! If only...but I can't make it to Blade. That's another event on my list to attend some day, just like Basel World (watches). I did make a national Zippo Day/Swap Meet back in the late 90's though, my wallet was hollerin' for weeks :D

Have a great show!

Quattromori,

Here's a pic of the knife opened. It's a big single-blade jack. Ats-34 steel, and mammoth ivory scales.

Richard,
thank you for taking the time to post the picture. When I saw this knife closed, I bet I would like it alot...now I see it open, I was right, although I admit it was an easy guess. there's alot of style and balance in the proportion and shape between the handle and the blade. Awesome work!

Hi guys,

I'm off to Atlanta in the morning. Looking forward to seeing everybody. Stop by and visit. I'm at 2F, right behind Tony Bose.

Nice work, Richard. The stockman looks very slick in Black!

I distinctly remember Richard's g10 stockman from last year at Blade. :D It was at least one of the best I have ever handled.

I wholeheartedly agree...so much so that after a couple phone calls with Gus and Richard this morning, this one should be hand delivered by Jerry Halfrich when he arrives on Sunday! :p:cool:

(And I thought I'd save money by not going to the show this year...:D Thank you, Gus. You're as good a brother as a guy could hope for.)

Nice shot John. I like your taste. Mine has been in my pocket and being used for a few days now.

Nice little knife in a big picture.

This is a great looking knife!! It's G10 twin looks good too as do those peanuts.

I can say the mammoth trapper is a nice one. I bought it off Richard's table at Blade. Something about the knife just spoke to me!

Congrats knnut. That knife is still talking!

Your knives get around, RR.
With good reason - wonderful work!!
Nice scores Elliott, knnut, and John.

Thank you, Charlie. The pictures most definitely do not do the stockman (at least the bolsters, anyway) any justice. It is much more subtle and refined than the lighting in the image would indicate.

I will try to get some images in the coming days, weather permitting, and post 'em up if I have any luck at doing right by Richard's wonderful work.

Richard,

It was wonderful seeing you at Blade!

Your work is always an inspiration to me and what I saw this last weekend was no exception. Gus had a grin from ear to ear when he showed me the carbon peanut, great little knife.

I particularly liked the gunstock jack:thumbup: and missed seeing the stockman that went to Elliott.:grumpy:

I am already looking forward to chatting next year,
