Rick Hinderer Knives Picture Thread

Okay David, got my attention now with that Black DLC Flashpoint! That 24 just dwarfs the flashpoint, picture gives great perspective of the size.

ACaK,

I had an orange scale on my first XM that got dirty quick. The good thing is that they clean up really easily with some dish soap and a brush. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.

Thanks. I'm looking to trade my orange for a battleship grey, but I might just end up buying the grey. Looks like you're looking for one too. I like the trans green too but just to keep my option open. The orange looks great but it's just too bright for me.

By the way, do you have two dark green now that you landed the wharnie?

Well one thing is for sure, if you drop that 24 with the orange scale on the ground should be easy enough to see!

No, I have one dark green and one OD green. The Wharnie came with OD green and I though dark green looked better with the brass standoffs I had laying around. When I got the Wharnie over lunch, I had time to do a quick scale and standoff change. It went back together perfectly and boy does it fly open!

^^^ Nice! I really dig both of those scales, but especially the Frag CF.

Here's my contribution to Fraggy Friday:

a touch of brass = a touch of class in my book. ;) ...I really love LOVE this 24 spearpoint, the brass LBS just adds a nice contrast with the all working finish and smooth CF scale...I REALLY cant wait for the boys to pop out some brass standoffs in the 24 size when they get the chance! ;)

has anyone else day dreamed about brass/copper handle screws? Is that alittle over board/un realistic? Im speaking only from an aesthetic point of view, functionality is a dif story, it could work tho eh? just alittle heavier lol, Im a girl w my Hinderer accessories haha. Im trying to go all brass uurrythaang on the wharnie EDC.

Looking good Jason, and that beast of a WF 24 is the bees knees my friend!! Haha! I agree on the brass too!!

I'll play too. Can't remember if I shared this pic somewhere here already, but it's worth another look! Only one frag in the picture. Don't mind the other XM's!

XM-24 Frag CF:

Bro those are such awesome pictures! I love my working finish XM-24. It's perfect for hiding wear marks/scratches! (Battle scars, if you will) :D
