Rick Hinderer Knives Picture Thread

I could look at them for hours, it amazes me that a person has so much talent to create such functional beauty, your pictures really showcase these beauties!

Just got some new lighting in... Pretty cheap too. Can't wait to play around with them some more. Definitely already a dramatic improvement in the clarity of the photos. Some iPhone 5 test shots. :D

Love the CF and copper standoffs. Couldn't help but notice the tip looks chipped off. I had a BM Stryker that did that.

Thanks man. I've wanted a brown XM for a couple years, and finally pulled the trigger on the scale this week.

Just admiring your knives Rubi, I actually like what Rick does with the pivot screw. The polished dome shape on one side and matching hardware on the other, just elegant.

Current config, plain Ti pivot screw and bronze standoffs. The Ano Ti pivot looks great but doesn't "pop" with the black like I thought it would, but did look good with the copper standoffs that were on at the time

Lol! I hear you there buddy... I think she's finally over thinking I'm crazy now... I think Haha!

She actually told me one of my pictures sucked so she grabbed the camera and took this one ^^^^

Guys, my wife thinks I'm pretty crazy for taking pics of knives. She says I should be taking more pics of our newborn son instead! I guess she forgot that in the past two weeks I've almost filled up 4 gb's of pictures of our son, Kenji. :D

Put them in the same photos....problem solved.

Sounds like its time for you to buy her a hinderer of her own to take pictures of. Haha.

Touche'. I would actually buy her one, but she doesn't understand the obsession of them like us. She just accepts my/me for what it is and supports it/me(tolerates) :)

She thinks they all look the same pretty much

I did buy her a pink camo buck knife that she keeps in her purse. She uses that and appreciates it. But that's about as far as it goes....

She's awesome!

That's cool. I've been trying to get my wife to carry a knife for years. She has no interest. She does however ask me to cut things for her all the time. :) Gives me an excuse to whip out my hinderer.
