Rick Hinderer Knives Picture Thread

I hear you guys, I have been trying to get my lady to carry a knife for a while, but I know she would just lose it like she loses everything else!!! I might have to start her out small w like a pink spyderco or something. shes too girly for knives LOL! she doesnt understand me taking pics either...just complains. :D:p

Rubi - super jealous bro. ;) nice pics too!

Yeah, me too. Gave my wife an Alias 2 that I bought on a whim, I found it a bit on the small side so I never carried/used it. I never see her with it or, much less, use it so I asked about it the other day to maybe sell it to put a few buck in the 'ol PP account. She has no idea where it is. I'd be willing to bet money it's in the bottom of a random purse getting trashed.

BUT, she'll carry her Kimber Ultra CDP religiously.

My wife doesn't complain about me taking pics of knives and guns - she makes fun of me. :)

thats a reg stonewash clip, swapped with my spearpoint, so I could put the blue touches on it, plus I like how it contrast with the ti. sandblasted scale. thanks man!

coolfunkydad....someday....maybe just someday....that 24 will be seen in person by my eyes! Everytime I look at that knife I get goosebumps...(almost).

Seriously though, that knife is almost sacred. One of these days I'll get a hold of a 24 non-flipper spanto. Someday......

prelude, thanks alot buddy, she was my first XM, very sentimental, thats why I wanted to do her up all nice. I prefer the flipper for EDC.

Here is my first Hinderer XM-18, brand new from the shop. :)

It is very stiff though. My finger hurts trying to break-in the action all day and still can't flip it open without wrist movement...

I got the blue pivot screw on order too. :)

What "shop"?

Is that official color on the lockside, LBS, screws, etc.?

Rick's shop. :) Brand new production. It came in as it is. Regular blue anodized screws, lbs, lockside etc. All it needs is the blue pivot which is on the way. :)
