Rick Menefee Knives...

Thanks for all the kind words everyone. I'm very lucky and thankful to have been in the position to acquire these fine beauties. I think it goes without saying that Rick is an incredible craftsman. And yes, the half whittler is awesome!

Josh that whittler looks perfect!

So the stag swayback from a few pages ago came in the mail yesterday. It's the first time I've handled a knife by Rick and I'm quite pleased. The stag is very well matched (some of the nicest stag I've seen), good grinds and it has nice swedges on the blade. 3 5/8s closed 154 CM

I normally use a scanner but I tried the wife's camera today. I think I would have been better off using the scanner. Anyway, thanks Rick!

nicely.

Rick sent me a picture today of milling the frame for my Norfolk (which can also be seen in the top right corner of the photo Jason posted above).

A dog leg with a slightly recurved clip point blade. It's patterned after the Dixie Dog Leg on page 396 of the Bose Knives thread but without the secondary blade.

That is going to be a great looking knife, I noticed a dog's head shield in one of the pictures Rick sent me a while back.
