Wife throws food at me and says I can't believe you chopped up my .22 stock. Hey Captain Pms, did you by chance check your safe before casting off for witch island? She says Oh............. well in that case that looks pretty good then.... I guess and stalks off. Now she's mad because she can't be mad??? :confused: Oh well, I got bacon.

Thanks man for the reply, I asked him about moneypak but he said there is no option for him to add funds with moneypak in australia. I actually didnt think it would be this much of an issue so i waited till the last minute because i know so many people here use paypal and figured if i payed the fees no one would have a problem sending a fellow beckerhead member a payment that cost them nothing, but it seems i was wrong. Im asking a few guys in Australia right now but if nothing else ill just find a MOB member and a money launderer to get him 40 bucks lmao.

that's super work you did there

i want to take the polymer stock rear, and replace it with something that has an either detachable or folding stock, i figure this would make a packable .22LR for hiking trips and what not, that's 1/3 the size, keeping the weight down/etc. provides nice options.

really like that even in stock form, for $325 or so, these takedown 10/22s allow for the optics to remain on the main unit, zeroed, and ready for plinking fun.

the price is so right...

now, if they offered a heavy barrel? i'd be all over that. as it is, i'll probably wait for Fall or a nice used one.

stock up on Ruger 25 rounders while you can :D

the mediums are the official size, i guess.

wouldn't mind scoring one. saw one for $30. should've grabbed it.

Now though, I've two other packs that I should send away.

I probably need to pick up another TMHunt when he goes back to production. I been jonsing for a Yuma since I got my Magua.
 
Just filled out my c&r ffl application and am sending it in tomorrow. I should done it a long time ago, but its better late than never. I should still be able to get my hands on some cool rifles and whatnot.

I did it a couple years ago and I have never used it :(
 
There is a machinist who will mod a heavy barrel and attach the take down portion to it for you. Can't remember what he charged but it wasn't unreasonable. Been thinking about it for the next project. I don't think a folding stock would offer much since the fore and rear are about the same size already, Fits in my pack. Lots o mags.;)
