Okay, so he says he's tired of making Praetorian's and wants to focus on other models. Are we buying this? I know the model is something of a dinosaur but it's the one most associated with his brand. It would be like Rick Hinderer saying he's done making XM-18s. In it's larger incarnations it's waay overpriced, and ridiculously impractical, but it has more of a following than any other model he makes.

It seems kind of like a risky move to me, but I’m just some dumbass who likes knives I don’t make them.

Hmm idk, the way he phrased it, it sounds like he's really trying to influence people to drive hype up for the brand. And he left the door open a few times to bring the model back in the future. I guess it will come down to the purchasing preferences of the die-hard Medford fans, but I kind of doubt it will stay gone forever.

That's how it sounded to me as well.

Meh. The guy doesn’t collect, carry, or even own any knives.

Aside from the knives being pocket bricks, I’ve never really had the urge to buy a knife from a designer who doesn’t even like knives, or the hobby.
