RIP Tarmix101 01-19-2011

You're welcome. Like I said, your brother was definately one of the good guys:thumbup:

Cascade-mtn's I'm in total shock hearing this. I'm so sorry for your lost. Tod was a customer of mine from my early years on BF. He was a great contributor to the WSS forum. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family. He will be sorely missed.

I distinctly remember Tarmix's contributions here.

I distinctly will note his absence here. I am very sorry to hear about your loss, as well as ours.

Thank you for letting us know.

I am sorry for your loss. Prayers and condolences to you and your family. God bless you for honoring his memory.

I am really sorry for your loss. I didn't have much direct interaction with your brother as some of these guys did, but he certainly was a great contributor here. My prayers are with you and yours.

THANK YOU TO ALL!!!!! I don't want this to be my "introduction" to the W&SS forum. I did however want to let you all know what happened.

I can't carry on his "mantle" as it were, but I can enjoy it here, and add to the community when/where it fits.

Thanks again, he will be missed. :)

Here is another pic I found from email. Tod at his best. Crossing snow, with a backpack.

Wow - I sure feel for you, I lost my younger brother at 24 just over 19 years ago. I wish I could tell you the hurt goes away but it doesn't, you just learn how to put a better public face on the pain.

We have no guarantee of tomorrow - maximize today and take everything that you've been given. Live life to the fullest - it sure seems like that's what Tod did. When we pass on, the only thing that we leave behind is the effect that we have on others. Your brother obviously did that in spades...

prayers for you and yours

Great photo. So sorry to hear. But he is not gone, just not here now.
Peace

Thank you all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Esav, going through and searching his "BF name" up I see he did a deal with you. Seems as though it went well. As most all of his did. Even one that went a little "south" he managed to fix. i LOOKED IN THE g.b.&u. He LOVED life, his girls, and unfortunately he always was a bit on the "fringe". Mom used to get soooooo pissed at him. Jumping off of cliffs, rock climbing, going off on a 2-4 day trip by HIMSELF. He always went his own way. I know when someone passes we all tend to "exaggerate" their presence. I'm NOT. That is how Tod was.

Another pic of Tod...... its funny...... he stopped drinking the last 2-3 years of his life. I bet this is his buddy putting him up to it.
