I had a slight issue with my RJ Martin Trooper, so i emailed RJ to have him take a look at it. He responded within hours, asking me some great questions to better understand the problem. Once he received the knife, he fixed it up as good as new and had the knife on its way back to me within 24 hours. You can't ask for any better service than that. Great knife and great knifemaker. :thumbup:
 
RJ Martin is definitely one of the best. I had a similar situation with a fixed blade & he hooked me up right away after diagnosing the problem via email.

I'm a big fan. :thumbup:
 
RJ is really "a pro's pro" ! Great products, great service, great communication - not to mention moderating some forums, dispensing (very) helpful advice to rank amateurs like myself, and always "pushing the envelope" in knifemaking!
