I had a slight issue with my RJ Martin Trooper, so i emailed RJ to have him take a look at it. He responded within hours, asking me some great questions to better understand the problem. Once he received the knife, he fixed it up as good as new and had the knife on its way back to me within 24 hours. You can't ask for any better service than that.
