I'll add to that. A couple of months ago, I sent an e-mail inquiry about the availability of the LDC sheaths on Les' website. I received a response on a Sunday afternoon. Les had forwarded my inquiry to Bob Neal, his supplier. The whole matter was a "done deal" on a weekend.
What's more amazing, my transaction was only a $50 deal. No big money involved. The service was incredible and "above and beyond the call of duty".
